Hi folks, this question came from Joyce in Atlanta who asked a follow up question on my blog.  She asked… “I’d like to know what type of questions to ask to identify and zero in on a client’s problem.”

I’m assuming Joyce means that she’d like to she’d like to get really clear on the problems so that she can describe her solutions in a uniquely compelling way to her prospect.  Great question because to get more clients, we surely do need to refine the way in which we describe our solutions (aka products and services).

Joyce’s question prompted me to think about the answer in a way that I’d never thought of before but it’s actually the way I personally do it.  See video for more.

Do not give this any mental space…

by Allison Babb on April 15, 2011

Ever woke up in the morning in a complete slump mentally.  Filled with worry and anxiety over how to get more clients or whatever challenge presents itself in your business.  Every business owner goes through some level of that at some point in their entrepreneurial lives and I have as well.  In this video… I share one of the reasons doubt and worry rears its ugly head.

Watch for the profound quote at the very end of this video – that quote hit me like a ton of bricks when I first read it.  In fact, I stopped and read it at least 5 times… slowly… so it would really soak into my own belief system.  It is now posted on my office wall.  Pure truth.

Please do feel free to comment… would definitely love to hear your thoughts on this.
